Note (General)

Requisiti per la valorizzazione: ingresso di sicurezza a due canali, idoneo per sensori a commutazione p (positiva) con funzione NA. Il modulo di controllo deve supportare il test di funzione dei sensori di sicurezza con disattivazione ciclica delle uscite del sensore per max. 0,5 ms. Non è invece richiesta la funzione di rilevamento cortocircuito.

Codifica di sensore di sicurezza e azionatore: per attivare per la prima volta la funzione di sicurezza (codifica) del sensore CSP 34, è necessario prima portare l'azionatore corrispondente nel campo di rilevamento del sensore di sicurezza attivato. Il ciclo automatico di acquisizione del codice dell'azionatore viene segnalato nel sensore di sicurezza mediante accensione del LED rosso e contemporaneo lampeggiamento del LED giallo. Dopo 10 secondi, brevi impulsi lampeggianti indicano la necessità di disinserire per alcuni secondi la tensione d'esercizio del sensore di sicurezza, per consentire la memorizzazione del codice.
Alla successiva inserzione della tensione d'esercizio l'azionatore dovrà essere nuovamente rilevato. L'assegnazione così effettuata di sensore di sicurezza e azionatore viene in tal modo salvata permanentemente. Il sensore di sicurezza non può ora più essere attivato con un'altra codifica.
Per proteggere la codifica, i dati di ordinazione dell'azionatore sono nascosti dalla staffa di montaggio.
