Requisiti per la valorizzazione: il modulo di controllo deve tollerare pause di disinserzione di 250 μs –1500 μs.
Il tempo di disattivazione del sensore di sicurezza di 250 μs si prolunga inoltre in funzione della lunghezza e della capacità del cavo utilizzato. Normalmente, con un cavo di collegamento di 100 m si raggiunge una pausa di disattivazione di 500 μs.
